Incumbent will be a key member of the 3D Platform Management team, working with key stakeholders to develop and execute client delivery strategies and deliver successful outcomes across engagements. We are looking for someone who would deeply imbibe Avataar’s culture + values and evangelize the same across the organization.
- Lead, negotiate and coordinate actions with key stakeholders to create and secure the scope of projects, plans, quotations and required resources are clearly defined, clarified and communicated.
- Monitor, track and analyse any key issues or risks that may affect stakeholder agreements, maintaining an open dialogue and communication flow of project status, changing prerequisites, deviations and end-result expectations.
- Identify and contribute to the development of optimal processes and ways of working that ensures production at high creative quality, in time and at the lowest cost.
- Contribute actively in establishing and improving common tools and methods used to structure, measure, monitor and document overall project performance, customer satisfaction and project learnings.
- Take responsibility of all administrative tasks related to the project, including the update of key performance indicators.
- Take leadership of the 3D Project Management team by creating ideal working conditions that enable engagement, team spirit and togetherness.
- Evaluate 3D Platform performance, identify insights and share learnings that further our expertise, efficiency and end-results of future projects.
- Experience and a general understanding of 3D based technologies is an advantage.
- Work closely with and be part of the 3D Platform Management Team.
