3D Senior Manager - Platform Delivery

Job Responsibilities

Responsible for building, motivating and upskilling the entire Platform Delivery team.
Partner with business teams to ensure appropriate resource allocation across all projects.
Monitor workload and drive delivery excellence across the Platform Delivery team to provide our global clients with the best in industry outcomes.
Proactively anticipate issues with existing workflow, technology and staffing, and present solutions to management with sufficient time for action to be taken.
Excellent communication and skills and demonstrated ability to navigate through ‘organized chaos’.
Collaborate with HR and business partners to lead hiring, training and performance management.
Communicate a consistent and compelling picture of the company’s position as a world-class 3D XR/AR organization to clients and staff.

10+ years in Platform Delivery with 5+ years leading a team of artists specializing in all areas of 3D.
Strong technical grasp of key 3D principles - modelling, texturing, animation, lighting.
Well versed with relevant software including, but not limited to 3Ds Max, Maya, Blender, Z-Brush, Substance Painter, V-ray.
A highly organised individual who enjoys the creative process and managing a department/team.
Deep understanding of AR/XR industry with global exposure.
