Key Account Manager
Job Responsibilities
- Collaborate effectively with the external partners and set them up for success.
- Own the assignments/quality/duration of all external partner accounts and monitor weekly, daily productivity metrics.
- Manage and prioritise 3D asset creation requests from multiple teams with short, frequently changing timelines.
- Build and share best practices with the newly onboarded accounts and conduct regular refresher trainings for existing accounts.
- Perform quantitative analysis of key process indicators to identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Ensure that all processes are well-documented and training materials around processes are robust and up-to-date.
Job Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Key Account Management or Operations.
- Minimum of 2 years of people management experience and have handled a small or large team size.
- Must demonstrate an understanding of technical art production, willingness to learn end-to-end modelling.
- Proven ability to meet deadlines and a high level of commitment towards deliverables.
- Experience in working with Google Sheets/Excel.
- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
