Senior Manager – Customer Development

Job Responsibilities

  • Client development including new customer acquisition using partner and industry networks.
  • Extensive research for building GTM, prospecting and deal making.
  • Managing a portfolio and pipeline of clients.
  • Expand relationships strategically with enterprise accounts - work closely with the leadership team on preparing expansion plans and sales pitches.
  • Partner and channel relationship management – work closely with FB and Google Client Partner teams for client development and new sales leads.
  • Manage external client deliverables and ROI outcomes while overseeing internal team delivery to meet client expectations.

Job Requirements

  • Education: MBA from top-tier B-school.
  • Professional experience: 5+ years of experience in any top tier strategy consulting firm or Start-ups in client facing or business strategy functions.
  • Communication: Strong executive presence and demonstrated ability to influence and persuade senior client leadership. Excellent interpersonal skills and transparent collaborative working style.
  • Hustle: Passion to work in a start-up culture with experience of working in a fast-paced growing team setup and ability to get things done.
  • Drive: Persistence and resilience coupled with story-telling ability and excited to evangelize a new technology painting a vision for clients, partners and internal teams.
  • Humility and quick learners: Down to earth, open to suggestions, investing the time and energy to understand the product and ready to get your hands dirty with whatever the team needs to succeed.
